| On Dec. 16, Mr. Gu Xiaosong, vice president of Guangxi Academy of Social Sciences and director of Institute of Southeast Asia Studies was Needle valve invited to give a special lecture on China-ASEAN Free Trade Area to leaders of Nanning City. Leaders like Deng Jinyu, Pan Hejun, Zhang Guohuan, Li Qiuming, Yuan Manhong and persons directional valve in charge of committees, offices and bureaus under the municipal government listened to the lecture. The lecture focused on the history, object and feature of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area and the opportunities, challenges, prospects it will bring to Guangxi and Nanning after it is established. Dr. Gu Xiaosong introduced all the subjects by combining theories with cases and using tables and detailed data. All of the attendees were deeply impressed. |
